With all the features the Olcott Cream Twill Sleeper Sofa with Storage Chaise has to offer, beware - you may not leave your living room! It has everything you would want in a sofa: a pull-out bed with mattress, comfortable long chaise lounge, and storage within the chaise. The sectional is made with a solid wood frame, foam cushioning, and beautiful cream twill fabric upholstery. All the seat cushions can be removed as well as their fabric covers. To pull out the mattress, the backrest pillows are first pulled forward and downward toward the floor, which will bring the mattress out with it. Included are three long pillows, also with removable fabric covers. Finishing off the set are legs with a modern chrome finish and non-marking feet, as well as metal brackets to connect the two pieces. Assembly is required.

Truck
Delivery: The delivery truck will park at the nearest and safest location of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, you may need additional persons to help unload and carry it inside.

Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
Additional services may be available through the truck delivery company to assist you in moving the item from the truck into your home. Once we have provided you with the tracking information, you may contact the carrier directly and inquire about these additional services. You will be responsible for paying the trucking service for the additional services directly.
White Glove Bronze
Delivery: A two-man team will bring the item inside the threshold of your residence. If a garage is present, the product will be delivered into the garage, otherwise the product will be delivered in the front entrance. The product will not be carried upstairs. We recommend upgrading to Gold service if you live above the first floor.
Assembly: None
Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
White Glove Gold
Delivery: A two-man team will bring the item inside your residence to your room of choice. This service includes two flights of stairs. If the product needs to be moved more than 2 flights of stairs, please contact us as additional fees will apply.
Assembly: The service provider will unpack the product and provide basic set up requiring no tools (setting pieces next to one another or stacking on top one another).
Packaging: The service provider will remove and dispose of all packaging.
